Job Role Overview: As a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant, you will provide support to our interior designers with tasks such as product research, maintaining materials libraries, selecting FF&E, obtaining quotes, pricing, and estimates, vendor and client interaction, and preparation for presentations and meetings. Key Responsibilities: • Support interior designers with product research, FF&E selection, and quote procurement • Maintain accurate and up-to-date materials libraries • Assist with pricing and estimating tasks • Develop strong relationships with vendors and clients • Prepare visually appealing presentations and meeting materials Requirements: • Pursuing a degree in Interior Design (AA or Bachelor's preferred) • Excellent communication and administrative skills • Able to multi-task and prioritize • Goal Oriented, Focused, Creative, and Teamwork-driven • Valid Driver's License required Work Environment: • Full-time position • Monday to Friday schedule • Holidays observed
