Interior Design Team Lead Job

Job Overview: The Design Supervisor role encompasses leadership and sales responsibilities within a design team. Key objectives include developing the team, fostering customer relationships, providing product expertise, designing solutions, and project management. Key Responsibilities: • Hire and develop a dynamic design team • Maintain lasting professional relationships with residential and industry customers • Offer tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders • Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions • Manage multiple customer projects through all phases with accuracy and timeliness Requirements: • Design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or 6 years of interior design experience • 3-5 years of leadership or management experience • Knowledge of hard surface flooring preferred • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Working Conditions:Limited travel required, including car travel, working environment can be warehouse-based with moderate to noisy noise levels.
