Interior Design Team Lead Role This full-time on-site position is responsible for managing the interior design team, ensuring all design projects are completed on time, and collaborating with clients and sales teams. Requirements Applicants should possess: • Strong leadership and team management skills • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • CET and CAP2020 experience is desirable • Knowledge of current design trends and principles • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal interdisciplinary teams • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Experience in managing multiple design projects simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in the furniture industry • Familiarity with furniture manufacturers and brands is an asset Work Arrangements
