Designers at La-Z-Boy Furniture are paid salary plus commission on written sales with NO COMMISSION CAP. · Schedule professional home consultations to present customized room designs, including sample fabrics, furniture, tables, and accessory recommendations as well as the benefits of a professional installation service · Responsible to support design related functions in the store and maintain an up-to-date customized portfolio including before and after pictures of previous In-Home design projects. Designer 1 - $20 an hour training pay (no commission) first 3-4 weeks, after training $10,400 per year paid bi weekly plus commission (most popular plan) • 3.5% of Net Written Design Sales and 2% on entered written sales other than La-Z-Boy Design sales. Designer 2 - $20 an hour training pay (no commission) first 3-4 weeks, after training $26,000 per year paid bi weekly plus commission • 2% of Net Written Design Sales and 2% on entered written sales other than La-Z-Boy Design sales.
