• This position will work with other disciplines to ensure accuracy of the package, meet schedule, and budget commitments and must meet expectations for attendance and punctuality. Requirements: • Qualified candidates will have a desire for personal and professional growth and a will have a well-defined understanding of design and construction document processes. This role requires the ability to apply a wide range of architectural and interior principles and practices with multiple clients and projects. • Demonstrated desire and ability to mentor and motivate staff, build strong design talent and work with a team located at various offices. • Experience in all phases of design, with a track record of completed, successful projects.
