The candidate must also have experience working with clients, attending meetings and presenting their design in a clear and concise manner. The position requires a motivated, self-driven individual capable of working on multiple projects and preparing design documents, including sketches, renderings and construction drawings. •Demonstrate substantial knowledge of construction documents and a familiarity with local building codes •Working experience in all phases of a design project
