This professional will play a key role in the development of designs for projects ranging from luxury single family residences to high-profile hospitality interiors. The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in luxury interiors while exhibiting strong design skills, alongside the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, creative office. • Production of Concept, Schematic, & Design Development drawings, sketches, perspectives, renderings, and presentations, including finish and material samples boards and graphic presentations • Production of SD, DD, and CD documentation including schedules & specifications as required • Source & select finishes and materials including fabrics, trims, lighting & electrical fixtures, plumbing fittings & fixtures, accessories, and other items required • Interface with external consultants and design teams to keep projects on schedule & budget • Manage project & furnishing budgets • Preparation and development of presentations & design documentation • hello@bemoreurban.com • Brooklyn • $85,000 to $95,000 • Permanent
