Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline - Create design concepts that align with the client's vision and functional requirements - Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, color schemes, material selections, and furniture layouts - Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the design plans - Source materials... furniture, fixtures, and accessories that meet the client's budget and design specifications - Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they are implemented according to the approved plans - Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and creating detailed designs - Strong knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members - Proficient in Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D or other 3D modeling software - Ability to visualize concepts in 2D and 3D formats - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are passionate about creating beautiful spaces that enhance people's lives, we invite you to apply for this position.
