Interior Designer

Interior Designer We are looking for someone who possesses: \- 2+ years Interior Design or similar experience \- Experience working with a creative team \- Kitchen and Bath design knowledge \- Solid communication skills and ability to work as a team \- Flexibility and ability to react quickly in a fast-paced production environment \- Ability to multitask over multiple projects \- Creative flair and knowledge of current and upcoming trends. \- Highly organized with a good attention to detail \- Computer skills required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint *and design/architectural software Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: \- Maintain quality and constancy throughout all levels of the design process \- Work closely with sales and products to kick off new projects \- Balance scheduling needs across clients \- Mentor and encourage new hires \- Oversee prop and material inventory \- Responsible to review all product orders, working drawings, and concepts \- Interact with clients to ensure we are meeting their needs \- Work with team to ensure deadlines are being met \- Create and observe budgets for the department and on a per project basis \- Represent the company at industry related design meetings and trade shows when necessary
