Interior Designer

Responsibilities Include: • Managing the interior design process from the initial programming meetings through construction • Developing building programs and space needs in partnership with the owner and design team • Collaborating on the design of building layouts and floor plans to meet program goals • Working with our integrated design team on the preparation of construction documents • Generating renderings and graphics to communicate design elements • Conducting existing condition surveys • Preparing estimates of probable cost • Communicating clearly, professionally, and cordially with colleagues, clients, and authorities Work Location: Hybrid remote in Biddeford, ME 04005
