Interior Designer

ON THE JOB experience not just as an intern but work in the field is a Must. PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $19.19- 27and will be based on relevant work experience. Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their goals, preferences, and budget for the project - Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design - Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories within the given budget - Prepare drawings, renderings, and specifications using software such as Revit, Bluebeam, and Rhinoceros 3D - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the project - Oversee the implementation of the design plan, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers - Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise - Provide guidance on interior finishes, materials, and furnishings - Assist with budgeting and cost estimation for projects - Prepare contracts and negotiate terms with clients and vendors Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficient in design software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of building codes and regulations - Sales experience is a plus
