As a Senior Interior Designer, you will operate as a subject matter and program expert for the Interior Design and Workplace Solutions sections. The major duties of the Senior Interior Designer GS-13 include but are not limited to the following : • Provide and / or facilitate technical training for new hires and journeyman level Workplace Specialists and Interior Designers in conjunction with the supervisor(s). • Expert knowledge of the theories, principles, practices, and techniques of interior design, space management and space planning, layout, furniture and interior design in order to serve as a regional expert in the design and workplace area.
