Interior Designer

Our client is an A&E firm that provide services that take a project from start to finish—from an initial study to determine a project’s feasibility to construction administration and start up, and everything in between. They are currently hiring Interior Designer – Multifamily Studio in our Architecture division at our Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA offices. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of architectural experience in a production environment • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Architecture • Registered Architect or on track to become licensed • Computer skills must include Revit proficiency (3 years of Revit experience minimum) • Knowledge of effort and time require to produce drawings for presentation, zoning and contract documents • Passion for building design • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form • Must exhibit good inter-personal skills and diplomacy • Rendering ability from Revit is a major plus • Applied understanding of building systems and costs • Understanding of building and accessibility codes • Ability to solve technical issues • Work samples that demonstrate your Revit experience is required.
