Interior Designer

As a member of Brookfield Residential, the Interior Designer is responsible to provide homeowners with an exceptional customer experience by assisting them with their Interior Selections. Maintenance & Onboarding • Maintain schedules and appointments for homeowner selections • Support in planning and maintenance of product samples • Maintain supplier and vendor relationships • Consistent communication with our homeowners and with all internal departments to ensure timelines are met • Provide budget-conscious alternatives to our homeowners or re-selections due to stock issues • Ensure feature home interior selections are current and meet our target demographic Coordination • Provide prompt response to all communication requesting information or resolving field issues • Attend showhome walkthroughs for installation guidelines and familiarization of showhome product • Walk customer homes for installation guidelines and note potential product/installation concerns • Represent the Brookfield Residential brand and culture in a positive manner at all times • Liaison with Estimating for accuracy and timing of pricing requests • Attend product knowledge sessions with our Trade Partners Your Opportunity
