We are looking for an interior designer with experience in kitchen and bathroom designs as well as the products and terminology of this industry. It is a full time job with possibilities to be a part time job.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting buyers in the selection of all standard and upgrade options; documenting, processing, approving and distributing change orders; and setting and adjusting pricing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide buyers with product information, available upgrade options, and pricing information
Assist buyer with decision making by determining needs, wants and budget
Manage the change order process
Assist in interior design projects that may need professional interior design consultation
WE REQUIRED:
English and Spanish required.
Min. 2 years of design experience.
Preferred Knowledge in 2020 Design or Prokitchen software
Preferred experience in sales
Basic understanding of residential construction is preferred
Strong communication skills
Detail oriented
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Work well in a team environment
