Very busy, high end general contactor seeks a Interior Designer to work with our customers in the selection of flooring, lighting, paint/paper and making showroom appointments. This position in involved in selection management using our web based construction management software (BuilderTrend) creating design layouts including elevations, tile layouts, and accessory placements. CAD experience is required. This position also prepares scopes of work, proposals, and other documents. Manages and tracks customer selection invoices and responsible for permit filings.
