Interior Designer

Interior Designer You will be the right candidate for us if you have the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, preferably CIDA Accredited program • 3+ years experience in interior design assisting senior designers, project management and creating design documents • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Create Suite, Virtual Rendering Software, and Microsoft Office • Are at all times a team player, reliable, independent worker, who is able to take initiative • Committed to being an integral part of our team, and strive to find a company to grow with • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation • A people person, passionate about developing relationships with clients, vendors, and trades • Ability to set your own working hours, meeting project deadlines and delivering quality work • Willingness to adhere to appropriate dress code standards and consistently present themselves as a professional representative of Slate Studios in all interactions and engagements • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Assist senior interior designer in creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials. • Weekly Site Visits: • Conduct regular site visits during the construction phase of the project to document the progress of the job site through detailed photographs. • Ensure that the interior design drawings, installation methods, and design specifications are followed correctly.
