The ideal candidate has 10+ (preferred) years' experience, (preferably in multifamily housing & purchasing); project management experience and a take charge attitude. This person loves challenges; and has endless enthusiasm and a sense of humor. We are a small group that works on all aspects of large and small projects. Ideal candidate would have successful experience in the following: Strong organizational and communication skills Works effectively towards all deadlines and is able to establish milestones to achieve all deliverables AutoCAD Revit FF&E; Authorship of drawing sets; for permit, pricing, and construction Knowledge of building codes Knowledge of ADA and related codes Sketch up/ 3D Max Photoshop or similar Word and Excel proficiency A degree in Interior Design is required CIDA accredited and/or LEED AP degree (preferred) Contract Administration Salary and benefits package, DOE Please send a cover letter, resume, references, and portfolio.
