Designers coordinate and implement the design process on projects from the initial sales consultation through programming and preliminary design, specification, client presentation and working drawings. • Must believe in the ability of physical space to have a positive impact on the lives of others and possess an appreciation for Design Principles and Design Thinking Methodology. • Ability to provide friendly, professional service to internal staff and clients. Required Experience • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • Proficient in PC-based programs • Microsoft Office, Outlook, AutoCAD (required) • CET, Revit, SketchUp, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro (optimal, but not required) • 3 years of experience in the Interior Design field is preferred, but not required • Prior experience with system furniture products is a plus • Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) or National Architecture Board (NAB) accreditation preferred
