Description: • Provide design, space planning, contract documents, and coordination of finishes, FF&E specifications, RCP's, elevations and millwork details for multi-family housing, hospitality and interiors projects • Work from beginning of design process through installation... • Lead interior design projects from conception to completion • Conduct client consultations to understand their design needs, preferences and goals • Develop comprehensive design plans • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation Skills: revit, interior design, hospital, multifamily, housing, multi-family, design, space planning, FF&E Additional Skills & Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in Corporate Interiors, Commercial, Multi-family, Healthcare and/or Hospital Interior Design • AutoCAD and Revit • Experience managing projects from design to installations • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work with an emphasis on multi-family projects Experience Level: Intermediate Level About Actalent At Actalent, diversity and inclusion are a bridge towards the equity and success of our people.
