Salcito Custom Homes is seeking an EXPERIENCED Interior Designer to join its design team in its Scottsdale, AZ office. A successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about design, and excited to work on some of the most amazing luxury residences in the state. The following are Required Qualifications for the position: \\- Proficient in AutoCAD \\- Proficient in Studio Designer \\- Proficient in Bluebeam Revu \\- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel \\- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign \\- Proficient in creating digital client presentations \\- Proficient in Project Management and Time Management \\- Construction and Building knowledge and experience \\- Experience Communicating and Coordinating with Construction Superintendents and Subcontractors \\- Knowledge of LUXURY furniture vendors \\- Knowledge of LUXURY finishes and materials \\- Proficient in furniture and accessory Procurement \\- Complete projects and goals in a timely manner \\- Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and with time- sensitive matters DESIGNER WHO IS VERY FINISHES IS A PLUS. Hours per week: 40 Salary: TBD - Based on Experience Location: Beautiful Luxury Office in DC Ranch Complete benefits package and 401K are also available.
