This role will work directly with our Director of Interior Design to oversee multiple custom homes, from concept to client move in. You will be managing multiple custom homes at a time Meet with clients on the overall selection of exterior and interior design elements. Develop and update lighting, tile, paint, and general finish schedules for field use QUALIFICATIONS Must be proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design A strong design eye and aesthetic that matches our OWC look and style Proven knowledge of the interior design and construction process, from start to finish for high-end residential build projects Incredible level of attention to detail and extremely organized Skilled at juggling multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines, as you will be involved with several projects at one time. 1 year (Preferred) Interior Design: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: North Canton, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations.
