INTERIOR DESIGNER NEEDED: We are a high end Interior Design firm looking for a pretty awesome individual who can fulfill the following requirements: A Must: * Degree in Interior / Architectural Design * 5+ years full-time experience at a Residential Interior Design Firm * A solid understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, SKetch-Up, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Photoshop. Millwork & furniture plan drawings will be required at interview * A reliable car * Availability to work non-standard office hours. This is a flexible part-time position. Additional Skills Needed: * Understanding & ability to read & interpret architectural plans * Understanding of space planning, architectural details, building & construction codes * Ability to sketch and draft dynamic & creative schematic layouts * Ability to plan & estimate project budgets * Ability to develop all FF&E; schedules * Research project resources: spec products, document project FF&E; * Ability to order & track project samples and client FF&E; * Ability to source high end residential FF&E; * Strong sense of color, fabric, furniture, flooring, etc. * Assist with all project presentations * Ability to communicate, coordinate schedules, and work with all trades, vendors, etc & maintain positive relationships * Schedule and oversee project installations: furniture deliveries, drapery, carpet and artwork installations, etc.
