Prioritizing needs at the medical center within the constraints of the monies appropriated for the Interior Design program. Maintains an interior design file system that includes drawings, specifications, budgets, project information, government contracts, requests for interior design services, and regulations pertaining to interior design. related to interior design and moves. Serves as the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and administers contracted projects to insure contractor compliance with drawings, specifications, regulations, and policy.
