Interior Designer

We specialize in multifamily amenity and model home designs, but also have experience in a variety of other industry segments... including retail, restaurant, and workplace design. In this interior designer role, you will participate in all project phases including initial client meetings, project proposals, conceptualization, design development, construction administration, budget management, through FF&E installations. Professional development is a core value in our studio, so designers with a strong desire to evolve their skills, knowledge and experience are exactly who we are looking for! ```Duties``` - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints - Create interior design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings - Select and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the design concept - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of the design plan - Oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes to ensure they meet design specifications - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the design process Job Type: Full-time
