The role of the in-house interior designer will require several skill sets: • Drafting. At least once a month, ability to shop, decorate/accessorize, and physically set up a model home, which entails driving, moving small pieces of furniture, hanging art, and walking at least 10,000 steps; maintain common-area furnishings and decor; oversee installation of special projects. Ability to provide design review on new projects with a project team that includes architects and interior designers from across the country, representing Touchmark as the owner and ensuring Touchmark design standards; coordinating review with operations and other stakeholders. Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees. If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
