Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications - Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction - Selection of fixtures, furnishings, fabrics, lighting, hardware & accessories - Creation of presentations for clients - Help to track and coordinate all reserves, CFA’s, lead times, inspections, deliveries, and installations - Maintain client and vendor relationships - Maintain and keep sample library and storage organized - Pick up, deliver and return samples and other items as needed - Request for quotes, order placement, order follow-up and tracking of orders
