Knowledge of residential detailing, shop drawings and superior AutoCAD skills are required. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 5-7 Years of Experience leading decoration and design projects at a high-end residential firm • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Construction Documents Experience • Professional undergraduate or master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design or Architecture • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & 3D Modeling, SketchUp, InDesign, sketching and rendering advantageous • Ability to work efficiently as a hands-on sole contributor, directly for our Principal. • Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast paced, busy and creative atmosphere • Strong attention to detail • Live within commuting distance to the office (when we can reopen) This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and talented team, and to grow within the firm.
