Job Description Responsible for all stages of assigned projects including preliminary design, design development, material, color selections and specifications • Conduct research and specify items and materials to meet the unique requirements of each project • Create a project design schedule for use by clients and the team. Select finishes, fixtures, materials, appliances, and other unique items for each job. Qualifications: • At least 7 years of demonstrated design experience with diverse project sizes and client bases. • Experience in a Design/Build environment is an advantage.
