As a team we provide service and modular display solutions personalized and customized to our retailer’s needs. The designer must be motivated to assist and lead customer accounts aiding in the growth of our business in a fast-paced work environment. Depending on the level of opportunity, client type, and custom requirements other team members and or related departments may support the process. Interior Designer Requirements and Qualifications: • Associate's degree and/or 3+ years of industry experience in interior design, architecture, or related field • Strong Technical experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Adobe Suite, Power Point • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills necessary to effectively work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively with coworkers and clients • Motivation to participate in the growth of our company by continually learning about the retail industry • Ability to prioritize and manage workload • Ability to work independently and part of a team OPTO is an equal opportunity employer.
