Interior Designer

Griffin Home Design, a new Architectural Design company in Bend, Oregon, seeks a creative and productive interior designer to work with on custom residential and small commercial designs. GHD provides architectural services to the residential and small commercial sectors. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop Interior Plans, Elevations, and Details from Schematic through Construction Prepare Presentations with Design and Samples Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (plans) Fabric and finish sourcing Facilitate design of custom furniture and built-ins Vendor/ Client/ Project / Contractor Coordination Skills -Modify and Update Drawings based on comments from clients and engineers using BlueBeam Requirements: Clear communication skills (written, verbal, and design -sketching and drafting) Ability to produce detailed plans Create schedules (lighting, furniture, hardware) Can meet physically in the office and virtually through Zoom Meetings.
