Stantec Architecture, Inc., Interior Designer (Multiple Positions), Philadelphia, PA. Conceptualize and develop interior design from both a functional and aesthetic perspective in concert with a client’s requirements, budget, and program. Develop the interior design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats to express the design intent and coordinate with Interior Design Lead or Project Designer. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Utilizing Revit in development of 3-D models of buildings and their components; Developing space planning, block planning, and adjacency diagrams in coordination with building program; Evaluating and selecting building systems and materials; and Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUP, Newforma, Enscape and Sefaira.
