Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints - Create design concepts that align with clients' requirements and vision - Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selections, and decorative items - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution - Oversee project timelines and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget - Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite for design presentations - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design -Previous Experience 2-5 years preferred - Proven experience in interior design, construction documents, and furniture specification - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, & Photoshop - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation for interior design projects - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
