Job Responsibilities: • Design and production of drawings for all phases of a project, from preliminary design through construction documents • Field measuring and documentation of existing conditions, specifying materials and equipment that are in line with a budget • Coordinating work with architects, consultants, vendors, and in-house contractors • Manage client meetings • Maintain familiarity with the latest trends in interior design and technology on an ongoing basis • Keeping the “interiors library” up to date and ordering material samples as needed • Various use of construction-related software including BuilderTrend
