As an Interior Designer, you will join the firm in Cincinnati, OH, and be responsible for collaborating with the project team to design and prepare interior design drawings for multiple projects within our Government market. Your work will require you to be proficient in technical knowledge, interior design skills, and architectural design and continue to advance your skill set. The Role Priorities: • Assist the project team in producing quality interior design work in all phases. • Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition. Skills + Qualifications: • A professional, accredited degree in Interior Design along with at least 3-5 years’ experience • Must have, or be working toward, NCIDQ certification • Proficient knowledge of advanced technology (e.g., Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino) • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.
