This position is an integral part of the design team who will coordinate the administration, production and execution of projects. Applicants must reside in or near our San Francisco studio and be able to reliably commute Monday - Friday with a 9/80 schedule. (digital and physical) consisting of necessary FF&E for Designer Director and/or Principal approval and client presentations • Coordinate the production of high-end furnishings, fabrics and materials, including requests for quotes, CFAs/Strike offs, purchase order preparation and expediting • Organize and facilitate project Installations; out of state travel required • Effectively handle and resolve all production-related problems with vendors • Leverage oneself beyond project-based focus to address greater office issues, including process improvement and quality assurance Experience: • Design Manager: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Francisco, CA 94107: Relocate before starting work (Required)
