Within this role, you will be working closely with HQ and the local branch team. • Create technical drawings & submittals in Revit • Create renderings in Revit & Sketchup • Evaluate site conditions and constraints for construction projects • Provide regular project status updates to team members, management and stakeholders • 2 + years of experience in the A&D world • A creative self-starter with the ability to solve problems individually and as part of a team • Aptitude with technology and willingness to learn and improve every day • Hands on experience w/ Revit – Enscape, SketchUp and AutoCAD a requirement • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Project Management software and other technologies to enhance our client experience • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects • Ability to read construction documents and specifications • Experience using Revit/design drawing logic to create an architectural construction set including floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, architectural details, door & finish schedules. • Experience reviewing submittal drawing packages for architectural coordination • Experience translating sketches and CAD/Revit documents into realized 3D models and images • Trained in diverse platforms to work on a variety of project types • Able to research solutions to either artistic, or technical issues when they arise • Must be adaptable and willing to embrace new technologies to help improve the design and construction process The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf
