Interior Designer

We are currently looking for an experienced residential Interior Designer that is versed in traditional and contemporary interior design. We seek someone who is a team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic, can multi-task and is meticulously organized to join our team. Candidate must be well versed in a number of skills, which include: 8+ years of experience Computer Drafting – Heavy emphasis on custom furniture / interior floorplans & elevations (Revit, Adobe Creative, Sketch up) Familiarity with Studio IT (or similar design management program) Knowledge of resources and fabricators in the Los Angeles design area Position responsibilities include: Schematic and Design Development Budget management Preparation for client presentations Assist principal in client meetings Sourcing furniture, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and materials Custom furniture design and fabrication and vendor management Window treatment design and specification Requesting estimates & quotes / generating proposals & purchase orders Creating schedules for light fixtures, cabinet hardware, paint colors and bath hardware Project management and coordination of installations Coordination with Architects and Contractors Library Maintenance If you are a non-resident of Southern California, please note that we do not pay for relocation.
