** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and finishes. * Work together with internal teammates and architectural staff on design development of the interior architecture * Assist in the development of construction documents in SD, DD and CD utilizing Revit * Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, and engineers. * Experience communicating effectively with clients. * Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign * Knowledge of virtual meeting programs including Zoom and Teams. * Knowledge of products and furniture reps and an ability to manage a library.
