Responsibilities • Source furnishings and related items for client projects • Assist in conducting and conduct design presentations • Create and track project schedules • Ensure projects are executed accurately and in a timely fashion • Develop design concepts in line with LGID brand • Interface with clientele, architects, contractors and builders • Ensure design team members fulfill project associated tasks • Conduct on-site progress reviews of contractor progress • Create client design quotes • Review and redline shop drawings for accuracy • Track project budgets • Personify a luxury brand through action and appearance Education • Bachelor's Degree • College Diploma, interior design Qualifications • 4 years related experience in high-end interior design and project management • Portfolio of past work Skills • Excellent solution orientation and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage projects and schedules effectively and efficiently • Great "taste" and a Positive "can do" attitude • Knowledge of industry resources, codes, textiles and custom furnishings • Passion for creating beautiful spaces and enhancing the lives of others through design • Proficiency in CAD and Revit or Sketch Up • Extreme detail orientation and excellent follow through • Good written and oral communication skills Position Type • Full-Time or Part-time Benefits • Attractive compensation package including benefits and perks To apply for this job, follow this link https://app.smoothhiring.com/apply/LOR0008-5DPA?ps=clp
