Position for an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager with 3-7 years of commercial design experience, specializing in Office and Retail design. Designer/Project Manager must be design motivated, organized, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask several projects at a time and maintain deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Space Planning • Design presentation preparation • Furniture and Finish selection • Construction document drafting • Ability to review and redline drawings • Coordinate meetings with clients and consultants • Software skills required: AutoCad 2019 or higher; Adobe Creative Suite- Photoshop/Illustrator/ In Design; Google-Sketch-Up; Excel; Word • Preferably some 3-D rendering experience – Rhino and V-ray Requirements: \\- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design Please include the following in your application: \\- Resume \\- Examples of work / Design and construction document portfolio \\- Salary requirement \\- Availability
