The Interior Designer /Architect will support that mission by creating appealing spaces onboard our ships that allow our guests to travel in comfort and style on the best waterways America has to offer. The Interior Designer/Architect will spend time onboard the vessel in the yard during the construction phase to ensure all aesthetic items and design elements are incorporated in the build as approved by the company. The Interior Designer/Architect also supports and maintains the quality of the interior spaces onboard the existing fleet of ships. Job Duties: • Develops large-scale design projects simultaneously, according to desired objectives and goals from senior leadership. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • 5 years of relevant experience • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, furniture design, lighting design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications • Ability to use AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rendering and modelling software.
