Interior Design: 2 years (Preferred) English (Required) Revit: 1 year (Preferred) Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred) Job Responsibilities: Work in all work stages of a project from concept to completion Produce detailed exterior, interior and millwork drawings Oversee construction, including preparing contractor documents and punch lists Develop innovative concepts for projects including space planning, detailed design, selecting materials. Develop detailed drawings and specifications based on approved design concepts Review shop drawings Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality and timelines are met Meet with and communicate directly with clients Manage orders from obtaining quotes to delivery and installation Administrative tasks as needed Schedule: FLEXIBLE
