Job Category : Interiors Requisition Number : INTER003267 Showing 1 location Job Details As an Interior Designer III your skills and passion will come to life through the following responsibilities : • Evaluate, select, and apply advanced design and technical methods, with responsibility for project assignments including programming, design development, production and coordination through construction documents. • Effectively generate and communicate creative ideas, using a compelling design vocabulary for effective space planning and design solutions. • Utilize your rock star technical skills in Revit and other design application software. What you've accomplished so far : • A professional degree in Interior Design, or related discipline • Preference for Healthcare, S&T and / or Workplace / Corporate Interiors • 5+ years of experience, with focus on Workplace Interiors • Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; • Experience with REVIT is required, including drawing setup, plan development and advanced modeling • Experience in all phases and aspects of a Workplace Interiors project • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong graphic communication skills, including advanced hand sketching / creative ideation • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn • Collaborative and professional work ethic • LEED AP or within 6 months of hire • Licensure or interest in completing your NCIDQ exams
