We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our residential remodeling team. You will work collaboratively with our team of experts to provide clients with creative, innovative, and solution-based plans for their remodeling project. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Client Relations & Sales (Including phone inquiries) • Interior Design • Drafting Proposals/Contracts • CAD Programs (Design Layouts) • Budget Management • Purchasing • Coordinating Construction Schedules • Negotiating/Awarding Bids SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Project Management • Field Support • Receiving / Inventory • Other Duties as Required SKILLS • Proficient in CAD • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) • Proficient in Google Applications REQUIREMENTS: • Exceptional Written/Verbal Communication • Critical Thinking/Problem Solving • Able to Work Effectively as Part of a Team • Ability To Sit and/or Stand for Long Periods of Time • Ability To Safely Lift/Carry Up To 50lbs As Needed • Proficient Finger Dexterity • Valid Driver’s License COMPENSTATION • $40K/year with performance-based quarterly bonuses WHY WORK FOR EDGE CONSTRUCTION? • Monday - Friday workweek • Benefits offered (waiting periods apply) • Pleasant work environment Assist our homeowners in bringing their dream to reality by starting a remarkable new career with Edge Construction - where design meets construction!
