As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. Who you are: Experience with design projects, administrative work, meeting deadlines, working in high stressful situations at times, client service experience is a bonus. The Design Assistant’s role will include the following (but not limited to): • Assist the team with setting up for meetings, producing presentation materials, and creating new client packets • Organize and maintain project files through design software program • Assist with ordering and order tracking • Logistics support and coordination for installations • Social media support • A passion, commitment and drive for excellence along with positive energy and an eagerness to learn and operate in a team centric environment • Ability to provide top notch administrative support to others • Minimum 2 years of work experience
