The ideal candidate will be formally educated in a related field, have residential interior design experience, excellent creative thinking skills, and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. • Ability to complete a Construction Documentation set relatively independently. • Participate in consultation with clients to establish project goals and objectives including but not limited to design intent, schedule + budget parameters. • Ability to proactively assess what is needed during Construction Administration and communicate effectively to the GC + subs. • Experience with project/task management software a plus.
