Design work includes Capital Expenditure work for existing hotels in the portfolio, PIP work required for the brands and new builds as well. Responsibilities: • All Phases of a Design Project: Programming, Space Planning, Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. • Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and construction techniques • Review work of consultants for coordination purposes. • Provide project team coordination for the plans, specifications, and materials. • Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to a constant change of needs and schedules.
