This position exists to serve priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto CHRIST. To lead and manage the design, development, specification, purchasing, and maintenance of interior design space planning and furnishing programs of complex worldwide Church facilities in order to enhance the function and quality of interior spaces; also to provide leadership, supervision, consultation, coordination, and training to in-house interior designers 1 and 2 and to facilities maintenance managers, purchasing agents, Church offices, architects, and others.
