· Team with selling team to promote the In-Home Design program and drive overall store sales · May be responsible for opening and closing of the store $20 an hour training pay (no commission) first 3-4 weeks, after training $26,000 per year paid bi weekly plus commission • 3.5% of Net Written Design Sales and 2% on entered written sales other than LaZBoy Design sales.
